Prices for 2 people/night in Euro

incl. sales tax and bed linens, hand towels/bath towels, kitchen towels, electricity, carport/parking

Each additional person: Euro 12.00

Crib: Euro 12.00

Children under 2 yrs. old stay free in the parent’s double room

Visitor’s tax: Euro 2.10 per person/day (children under 15 yrs. old are free)

Mobility card: Euro 0,50 per person/day (children under 15 yrs. old are free)

Final cleaning: Euro 45.00 one-time fee per apartment

Dog: Euro 10.00 per night

Minimum length of stay:

3 nights, except on New Year’s and during week 1 of winter high season

Deposit & booking conditions:

When you make your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the amount due per apartment.

Arrival and departure:

Arrival any day is possible. On the day of arrival, you have access to the apartments starting at ca. 3:00 pm. On departure day, we ask that you vacate the apartments by 10:00 am for final cleaning.

On your arrival or departure day, we will gladly provide you with a changing and luggage room.

Payment:

Payment is possible only in cash. In the event of early departure, we will be obliged to charge 100 % of the cost, otherwise the provisions of the Austrian hotel contracting guidelines will apply. We suggest that you take out holiday cancelation insurance.

Cancelation:

All holiday bookings that you are unable to make for legal reasons will be rebooked for a later stay free of charge.

You pay 30 % of the total amout as a deposit and the balance on arrival. With a cancelation of a reservation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, your deposit will not be returned. For a last-minute cancelation up to 7 days prior to arrival or an early departure, 100 % of the cost will be charged, otherwise the provisions of the Austrian hotel contracting guidelines will apply.
